- Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience in a related field and professional registration or Bachelor's Degree with 15 years of experience in a related field
- Must have experience specific to the interior building wiring and electrical design
- Must have experience in the design and construction of electrical systems for schools, prisons, utilities and other large commercial facilities
- Should have extensive knowledge of PA eligibility, law, regulations, and policies.
- Should have experience in cost estimate development and preparing CEF for large projects.
- Should have knowledge using an array of cost estimating tools from RS Means, Cost Estimating Format, FEMA, State, or Local Cost codes and other cost data as appropriate.
