Provide day-to-day administrative support to the COR and project team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, action-item logs, and deliverable schedules to ensure timely execution and accountability.
Compile and distribute weekly and monthly status reports, incorporating input from logistics, construction, EHP, staging, supply-chain, and vendor teams.
Track contract milestones, task orders, and change requests to ensure compliance with COR guidance and contract requirements.
Prepare briefing materials, meeting notes, presentations, and other internal communications to support project reporting and decision-making.
Maintain organized and secure project documentation, including procurement logs, vendor lists, subcontract tracking, meeting minutes, and travel records.
Support invoice processing by verifying deliverables, compiling backup documentation, tracking payments, and reporting discrepancies.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including materials, registration, and follow-up communications.
Adapt to mission needs during disaster response operations, which may include extended hours, remote work, or field-site support.
