• QA / QC of FCA and PCA reports.
• QA review of Enterprise Asset Management System – where asset and capital expenditure data is uploaded.
• Manage quality assurance of client requirements.
• Reviewing 40-50 reports per month on average.

About you

• 2+ years of experience in Word processing, advanced filing and document control, and large-document writing/editing – preferably within construction/facilities space.
• Bachelors Degree
• Preferred knowledge of building systems; i.e., familiarity with the process of evaluating architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to determine condition, remaining useful life, required expenditures, and remedial measures.
• Ability to meet hard deadlines; reliable; good attitude.
• Strong process and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and determine course of action.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with ability to perform under pressure and to adjust to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and comfort with using a computer.
