Key Responsibilities:
Education Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Serve as dedicated software training developer for EAM Program with oversight from Program Change Manager.
- Produce learning products and experiences for office and field employees including, but not limited to:
- Instructor led training curriculum
- Synchronous virtual training curriculum
- Self-directed e-learning modules
- Update/create learning materials
- Understand business needs via operations stakeholders.
- Liaison with Field Training Manager to ensure alignment on items such as content, timing, and access to channels.
- Procure and leverage existing learning material from software vendors.
- Work closely with Program Change Manager to prioritize backlog, manage workload, and perform product reviews by stakeholders before publication.
- Document work in project management system and perform necessary record keeping.
- Hand off learning products to delivery teams for implementation.
- Candidates should be local to the greater Portland metro area. Work can be on-site or hybrid, with some travel to NW Natural worksites.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree computer science, education, related field or sufficient professional experience. Master's degree in business, technology or related field preferred.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, navigate ambiguous situations, and handle multiple, competing priorities
- Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience delivering against large, complex programs and projects in a consulting environment
- Adult Learning, Technical training development, E-learning course development
- Significant prior consulting experience with large, national firms preferred
- Utility/Field experience
- SuccessFactors Learning Management System
- Articulate or Enable Now e-learning tools, SCORM
- Adobe Creative Suite
