What You’ll Do

The Business Development Lead is responsible for driving activities that lead to the acquisition of ideal net new clients—across all of our staffing organizations. This includes everything from prospect research to agreement negotiation to leading a successful client transition to our recruiting and account management team.  

 

M+P/Flux’s team approach means you’ll be collaborating closely with leadership, recruiting, account management/director, marketing and back office teams to successfully land clients, deepen relationships and set the stage for long multi-faceted, profitable client engagements.

 

The Business Development Lead will 

 
  • Define and identify target prospects

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of key prospects with a combination of leveraging existing networks and building net new relationships

  • Work with leadership to develop a business development strategy that identifies key goals, objectives and metrics, areas of focus and helps prioritize recruiting resources appropriately

  • Leverage all available tools in the sales process. This includes but is not limited to email, in-person, phone/zoom, linkedin, our internal CRM, marketing and events. 

  • Understand our competitors in order to identify and sell our differentiators

  • Align with M+P/Flux’s general approach to develop business. Embody our values and ensure we’re delivering on our brand promise at every step in the sales process

  • Successfully onboard new clients and transition to account mgmt/director team in a way that balances what is best for the client and the business.

Your experience

Minimum 5 years experience in recruiting and/or sales.
