We're searching for a full time Recruiter to join our growing team! This is a remote opportunity. We're looking for a Recruiter with experience in Engineering - specifically AEC (architecture, engineering, construction).

A Recruiter role will include the following:

• Participate in full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, screening resumes and assessing qualifications, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, pipelining candidates for future opportunities, closing candidates that are selected. 
• Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies, identify top talent and attract candidates to our opportunities
• Network and build relationships with candidates at all levels. Ensure consistent communications with candidates to keep warm and maintain a pipeline for future opportunities. 
• Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system and other tools to ensure accurate reporting. 

Skills & Qualifications [Who you Are]

• 2+ years recruiting experience
• Knowledge of ATS, sourcing strategies, job boards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and having a high standard of professionalism and character
• Experience working in a fast paced environment with ability to multi-task and pivot quickly and with ease
• Ideally experience working IT and engineering positions
