Flux Resources is seeking a BIM Technician to join one of our clients in Guam. Ideally this candidate would live in Guam and be in office daily. There is potential for someone to work remote but they would need to be willing to travel to Guam from time to time. This position is a contract to hire opportunity. The goal is to have this person convert to direct hire after 6 months. The pay range for this opportunity in $40-$50/hr .
The majority of their work is on military bases right now. MILCON experience would be the best fit. Experience with Revit is a must.
Qualifications: Degree in Architecture. Work experience is a plus.
