Reports and Communication Specialist (Mid): Microsoft 365 Specialist
Must have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years’ experience in disaster fieldwork or field of expertise; a graduate level degree or professional registration with 2 years of experience in disaster fieldwork or field of expertise; or 10 years of experience in disaster fieldwork or in field of expertise.
Must be proficient in generating general and technical reports, briefings, correspondence, and compliance documentation.
Should have familiarity of the PA Program to act as a representative and to interface with other program personnel.
Should have thorough knowledge of PA eligibility, law, regulations, and policies.
Should have the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and rapidly identify and recommend solutions to issues, concerns, or problems that may arise during product development.
Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing in order to coordinate with others and formulate letters in response to correspondence and inquiries from internal/external stakeholders.
Should have knowledge of Federal, State, and local government organizational structures and relationships related to emergency management programs.
Tasks:
Provide technical support, database management and information technology services related to Public Assistance.
Develop data reports, reporting tools, and data analysis documents
Run queries to provide data reports and data analysis documents
Assist with SharePoint and other programmatic system development systems and/or tools.
Develop solutions and programs to support Public Assistance functions including but not limited to file migration / management, SharePoint, Access data solutions, excel data solutions, Tableau/Power BI products
Conduct research to locate and obtain information in FAC-Trax and EMMIE Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Office 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and other related services.
Conduct thorough assessments of client environments to identify requirements, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Develop migration strategies and oversee the execution of migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Configure and customize Office 365 applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging automation and scripting where appropriate.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams on Office 365 architecture, security, and governance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define policies, procedures, and standards for Office 365 usage and administration.
Stay current with Microsoft's roadmap for Office 365 and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on client environments.
Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions that leverages the most innovative Microsoft technologies
Support the delivery teams as Subject Matter Expert on CRM project
Support the Delivery Lead to ensure that project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing plan
Track record of team technical leadership & individual technical contribution on challenging projects
Experience with system/platform level power modeling and optimization highly desirable
Ability to work with customers, staff, and projects in multiple locations across the United States
Must have proven track record integrating CRM to multiple back office systems
Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft Office 365 solutions for enterprise clients, including hands-on experience with migration projects.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools for managing Office 365 environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
Proven ability to lead technical projects, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within established timelines.
