These individuals will conduct site inspections for sites with major damage (e.g., major damage to roads, non-structural building damage, etc.) to validate infrastructure damage and record detailed damage descriptions during the inspections. Position Qualifications & Tasks • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in a related field or 10 years of experience in a related field. • Prepare for site inspection- receive, review, and accept a work order request; coordinate with all site inspection participants; and gather the tools, information and documents needed to conduct site inspections. • Should be proficient with Grants Manager. • Coordinate logistics with participants and learn as much as possible about damaged roads before the inspection. • Communicating and coordinating with other PA staff involved in the PA Program delivery process for Applicants. • Performing accurate quantification and detailed description of disaster related damage, including debris. • Completing sketches of sites to supplement photographs and capture profile and cross-sectional perspectives. • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and rapidly identify and recommend solutions to issues, concerns, or problems that may arise during product development. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word. • Must have the ability to navigate the internet for research purposes. • Must be competent in smart phone usage.
