These individuals will conduct site inspections for sites with major damage (e.g., major damage to roads, non-structural building damage, etc.) to validate infrastructure damage and record detailed damage descriptions during the inspections. Position Qualifications & Tasks • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in a related field or 10 years of experience in a related field. • Should have extensive knowledge of PA eligibility, law, regulations, and policies. • Should have demonstrated experience with applicants with large and complex recovery portfolios with specialized/complex projects. • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and rapidly identify and recommend solutions to issues, concerns, or problems that may arise during product development. • Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing to coordinate with others and formulate letters in response to correspondence and inquiries from internal/external stakeholders. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word • Must have the ability to navigate the internet for research purposes. • Must be competent in smart phone usage. • Should be proficient with Grants Manager
The pay for this position is $60/hr. Actual starting pay is dependent upon experience, education, or other bona fide factors. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
