Monitor and certify acceptance of contractor work; May be required at permitting, site inspection, site preparation, group site design, group site construction, unit installation, unit maintenance, unit deactivation, staging acceptance, permanent housing construction and repairs, apartment repair and habitability, and other direct housing-related activities.

Housing Install/Maint/QC - Perform inspections of all phases of TTHU installation maintenance, and deactivation, group site constructions or MLRP program projects; Must be able to effectively utilize mobile technology applications; Experience in construction management or inspection is highly preferred; Residential design and construction or land development experience is preferred.
