Civil Engineer 1:
Essential Functions
Prepares drawings and visual aids using AutoCAD.
Collect data and gather information.
Assist with proposals to provide professional services.
Prepare as-built record drawings.
Prepare permit applications.
Observe construction activities.
Manage time wisely, and requests assistance when direction is needed.
Receive close supervision on assignments.
Receive guidance, when necessary, on unconventional or complex problems.
Travel to and from work at remote project sites for extended durations.
Other duties as assigned.

Skilled in facilitating public meetings (public speaking).
Knowledge of civil construction techniques and sequencing
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Passed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Transportation Design Experience
Civil 3D CAD Experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience with hydraulic modeling software, such as HEC-RAS is preferred.
