Project Controls Specialist – Job Responsibilities
- Support development of the project budget
- Documentation Control for Project Controls related documents
- On-boarding of Project Controls for the Construction Manager and Architect/Engineer
- Bid Analysis of Trade Subcontractor packages
- Support Procurement during contract and purchase order setup
- Change Order review for all vendors
- Invoice Review for all vendors
- Milestone Schedule review, as needed
- Facilitate review and updates in the project Risk Register
- Deliver Monthly Status/Cost Report, review with Project Manager/Team and report to management/Steering Committee
- Commitment and Spend updates
- Forecast Updates
- Monthly Cashflow projection updates
- Contingency management
- Dashboard updates – including overall project status for cost, schedule and safety
Closeout of Trade Subcontractors, vendors and overall project
Prepare for and support internal audit
