Flux Resources is seeking a Specialty Electrical Inspector for one of our clients in Portland Oregon. This is a contract assignment paying in the $60-$70/hr range.

- Journey-level public works inspection; responsible for enforcing contract stipulations, regulations, specifications, and codes relating to public works construction projects.
- Work may include reviewing engineering plans, specifications and contract documents related to civil construction projects.
- May also include inspecting and preparing daily reports on public works projects, such as construction of pipelines, facilities/structures (including treatment plants and pump stations) and natural resource restoration, for quality of work and material, and for adherence to stipulations and specifications, including ensuring contractor, personnel and public safety.
- Knowledge of underground utilities, construction methods, sewer pipe installation, site grading, pavement installation, concrete installation, project documentation and basic technology skillset.
