Overview
Flux is staffing for a FEMA disaster recovery effort in New Mexico and is seeking senior?level Forestry / Arborist Subject Matter Experts. This role supports recovery activities related to tree, vegetation, and forestry impacts resulting from wildfires, floods, and other disaster events. SMEs provide technical expertise to support FEMA recovery operations.

ISA Certified Arborist, Registered Forester, SAF credentials, or comparable state or federal certifications

- Assessment of tree and vegetation damage
- Technical input on forestry and arboriculture impacts
- Support for valuation, restoration, and recovery recommendations
- Review of reports and supporting documentation related to forestry impacts
- Coordination with environmental and recovery teams
- 10+ years of experience in forestry, arboriculture, natural resource management, or related fields
- Disaster?related forestry or wildfire experience preferred
