Flux Resources is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join one of our clients in Columbus, GA. This a contract to hire opportunity paying in the $60-$70/hr range.

- Develop, maintain and optimize detailed project schedules
- Monitor schedule performance and variance; provide regular status updates to project manager
- Perform Critical Path Analysis, identify and analyze critical paths/activities to ascertain project completion in time and in budget, including forecasting delays and evaluation of alternative scenarios.
- Lead schedule update and review meetings
- Identify schedule risk and opportunities
- Analyze schedule impacts resulting from change orders or scope modifications
- Support cost/schedule integration and collaborate with Project Controls to ensure accurate progress measurement
- Full time work at client jobsite near Columbus, GA
About you:
- Minimum 5 years of industrial project scheduling experience required
- Primavera P6 experience required
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across functions
- Experience in power generation projects a plus
