Execute four phases of control (Planning, Preparatory, Initial and Inspections) for each CSA and MEP FOW with the subcontractors, vendors, and client(s) and perform all required meetings
Inspect all CSA materials against the approved submittals for compliance
Document and track all QC documentation including all required CSA third party inspections and test reports through BIM 360, Procore, or other required software
Manage subcontractors QCP participation requirements for the three phases of control
Collect and audit all FWT reports and ensure that all issues found during the FWT have been resolved prior to the equipment being shipped
Assist with the development of all required MEP/QC checklists for L2/L3 activities on BIM 360 or other required software
Assist the Site MEP Manager with document control for the MEP QC-Cx Process through BIM 360 or other required software
Assist the QC/Cx Team with Inspecting incoming MEP equipment for submittal compliance, noting any damages, and that they are properly stored
Assist the MEP team to perform MEP equipment inspections throughout the QC/Cx process up to equipment lockout and energization (L3) and fill out required BIM 360 checklists

Ensure that all MEP equipment is protected upon arrival and during installation

Develop final punch list and oversee the project closeout process
Ensure that all punch list items are resolved on the field on a timely basis
Track and maintain the referenced specifications for the various equipment and trades.
Monitor the completeness of various project tracking matrixes per the contract requirements

Contract/CTH Nov 5, 2024 Engineering Flux Resources is seeking EHP Project Manager to assist with Disaster Recovery efforts in Iowa and Kansas City, MO. Pay rate is $50/hr. Actual starting pay is dependent upon experience, education, or other bona fide factors. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
Project Managers (Mid-Level)
• Must have 5 years of experience in a related field (with an undergraduate degree) or 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Should have thorough knowledge of PA eligibility, law, regulations, and policies.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and rapidly identify and recommend solutions to issues, concerns, or problems that may arise during product development.
• Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing in order to coordinate with others and formulate letters in response to correspondence and inquiries from internal/external stakeholders.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word
• Must have the ability to navigate the internet for research purposes.
• Must be competent in smart phone usage.
• Should be proficient with Grants Manager
Tasks:
o Implement compliance with applicable federal environmental laws, including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and Executive Orders 11988, 11990, and 12898; and others as they pertain to FEMA's disaster programs. This includes scoping environmental/historic issues, reviewing grant applications for compliance, providing technical assistance to those involved with grant implementation, and ensuring compliance is sufficiently documented.
o In addition, the specialists will work on other projects or activities related to FEMA's Environmental/Historic Preservation Section.
• General activities include:
? Ensuring that all recovery activities receive the appropriate level of environmental review as required by NEPA, NHPA, and associated statues, regulations, and Executive Orders
? Providing expert technical assistance; performing a full range of activities for environmental/historic preservation compliance and project management, performing data gathering, analysis, and inter-agency coordination
? Preparing (or assists in the preparation of environmental and historic preservation compliance documents from simple to particularly complex and politically sensitive projects including resource evaluations, consultation letters, memorandums of agreement, categorical exclusions, and environmental assessments.
? Identifies, plans, coordinates, monitors, and completes project EHP compliance reviews of FEMA-funded (in part or whole) projects under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and other applicable EHP laws, implementing regulations, Presidential Executive Orders (EOs), other Federal state requirements, and relevant DHS/FEMA policies.
? Coordinates and completes work with FEMA EHP and project staff and program managers, EHP Team Leads, Applicants, state agencies, and other Federal agencies, and contractors.
? Provides EHP technical assistance for the State and Applicants for project EHP reviews, planning, design, regulatory consultations, and compliance.
